The Documents tab is the running log of every statement your organization has uploaded. You can search by filename, filter by carrier, open any file in the built-in viewer, and download the original at any time.
How to find a statement
Open the Documents tab from the top navigation.
Use the search box above the grid to match on filename or statement ID. The grid filters as you type.
Use the carrier and uploader filters in the toolbar to narrow by source.
Click any row to open the file in the viewer β PDFs render inline, spreadsheets render as pages.
How to download a statement
Hover the row you want and click the three-dot menu on the right, or right-click the row.
Choose Download. The original file streams to your browser under its original filename.
If you need the source file for an audit or for carrier correspondence, this is always the canonical copy β it's the file your team uploaded, untouched.
Tips
The viewer includes zoom, page navigation, and copy-to-clipboard for selected text. Use this to verify that a parsed row matches the source.
Documents with No Match status still appear here β they're logged even though no data was imported. Filter them in or out using the carrier filter's "Unmatched" option.
