Explore your commission data in the Data tab

Browse, sort, and search the rows Stateable extracted from every statement your team has uploaded.

Written by Rich Schaeffer

The Data tab is your organization's commission ledger — every row Stateable extracted from every statement you've uploaded, searchable across millions of rows.

What you see on the page

The Data tab has three areas:

  • Left sidebar — switch between Filters, Basic Rules, Advanced Rules, and Custom Fields panels using the icons on the far left edge.

  • Pills bar — the row along the top of the grid that shows every filter group currently applied. Drag pills to rearrange groups.

  • Grid — the main table. Rows are paginated; scroll through or use page navigation at the bottom.

Common actions

  1. Search — type into the search box above the grid. Matches across carrier, policy number, and every filterable field.

  2. Sort — click any column header. Click again to reverse; click a third time to clear.

  3. Resize a column — drag the right edge of the header.

  4. Pin a column — open the column's menu (the three dots that appear on hover) and choose Pin Left or Pin Right.

  5. Show or hide columns — use Table Settings in the top-right. Your choices are remembered per-user across sessions.

Filtering and tagging

Two features turn raw data into decisions. We cover each in its own article:

  • Filters let you slice the data — for example, "commissions from Carrier A in the last 30 days".

  • Rules let you tag data — for example, "if Broker ID starts with SG, set Account Type to Small Group."
