Your Stateable account is one login that works across every organization you belong to: this article covers changing your profile, your password, and the ways you can sign in.
Open your settings
Click your avatar in the top-right, then Settings. You land on your personal account page. (Don't confuse this with Team, which is for managing other people.)
Change your name or email
Edit the Name or Email field on the Profile tab.
Click Save.
Email changes require confirming the new address — you'll get a verification link there before the change takes effect. Until you click it, your old email is still your sign-in.
Change your password
Open the Security tab.
Enter your current password and a new one.
Click Update password.
You stay signed in here. Any other browser where you were signed in will ask for the new password the next time you use it.
If you forgot your password
From the sign-in screen, click Forgot password?. You get a one-time reset link by email; click it and pick a new password.
Connect or disconnect a Google or Microsoft sign-in
Besides email and password, you can sign in with your Google or Microsoft Entra ID account. Set both up from the Security tab.
Click Connect Google (or Microsoft). You're taken to Google's or Microsoft's normal sign-in screen.
Approve the access it asks for. You come back to Stateable with that account linked.
To disconnect one:
On the Security tab, find the connected account in the list.
Click Disconnect.
As long as you still have one way to sign in (password, Google, or Microsoft), you can disconnect any of the others.
A note on locked accounts
If too many failed password attempts hit your account in a short window, Stateable temporarily locks new sign-ins. The lock clears automatically in a few minutes, or you can immediately reset using the Forgot password? flow.
What stays per-org
Your sidebar layout, font, theme, and other display preferences travel with your account. Your permissions are per-org and are managed by an admin on the Team page of each org — see Manage teammate permissions and access.
Troubleshooting
Forgot-password email didn't arrive. Check spam; the sender is
[email protected]. Re-request from the login page; allowlist the sender.Google or Microsoft sign-in not connecting. The email on your Google or Microsoft account is different from your Stateable email. Use the Google or Microsoft account whose email matches your Stateable email.
