The Documents tab is a complete list of every statement your organization has uploaded. You can search by filename, filter by carrier, open any file in the built-in viewer, and download the original whenever you need it.
How to find a statement
Open the Documents tab from the top navigation.
Use the search box above the grid to match on filename or statement ID. The grid filters as you type.
Use the carrier and uploader filters in the toolbar to narrow by source.
Click any row to open the file in the viewer — PDFs show right on the screen, and spreadsheets show as pages.
How to download a statement
Hover the row you want and click the three-dot menu on the right, or right-click the row.
Choose Download. The original file saves to your computer under its original filename.
If you need the source file for an audit or to send back to a carrier, this is always the one to trust — it's the exact file your team uploaded, unchanged.
Tips
The viewer lets you zoom in, move between pages, and copy text you've selected. Use it to check that a parsed row matches what's on the original statement.
Documents with No Match status still show up here — they're kept on the list even though no data was brought in. Show or hide them using the carrier filter's "Unmatched" option.
Troubleshooting
I can't find a statement I uploaded. A filter may be hiding it, or it's still parsing. Clear your filters and check the Currently parsing queue.
The preview opens blank. The original PDF is password-protected. Re-upload a copy without the password.
